CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER
This position is responsible for dealingwithincoming phone calls (either answering the client queries, or passing the call onto a relevant team member).
Key requirements
• Must be agraduate
•Musthave 1-5yearsrelated experience;
• Fluent in bothspokenand written English;
• Excellent presentation and organizationalskills;
• Must have computer skills in MS OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
• Must be able to multi-task;
• Must be a Fast learner and can work under pressure;
• Must possess excellent telephonic etiquettes;
• Male / Female (preferably between ages 20-30)
• Able to work as team as well as independent decision maker
