Growing International Company located in Pasig seeks the position for
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS (Normal Office Hours)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls (eg, like attending to client queries and forwarding to the relevant departments if need be), and also for maintaining clients’ database.
Key Requirements:
Interested applicants must be a graduate with 1-5 years related working experience;
Fluent in both spoken and written English, with excellent presentation and organizational skills;
Competent in MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
A fast learner, able to multi-task and work under pressure;
He/She must possess excellent telephonic etiquettes, be a team player as well as able to work with minimal supervision;
Male / Female (preferably between ages 20-30);
